Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will have already entered processing and may not be eligible for cancellation. If your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage at support@lusiluxe.com.
- We define damage as a defect or breakage that affects the product’s function.
- Shipping box dents or cosmetic packaging damage are not considered product damage.
- If eligible, we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
- Lusiluxe products come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering malfunctions and manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, theft, misusage, improper handling or accidental damage. For warranty inquiries, contact us at support@lusiluxe.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ensure fast and reliable shipping, but once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control courier delays, customs processing, or other unexpected factors.
