Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times refer to the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched. Your exact delivery time will depend on your location. Please see the estimated delivery times below:

🌍 Europe & Other International Destinations: 7-15 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided at checkout are correct and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@lusiluxe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Delayed Delivery
At Lusiluxe, we work hard to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Lusiluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these situations fall outside of our control.
If your package is missing, please:
- Check with your local post office or neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong location.
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package.
- Reach out to us at support@lusiluxe.com so we can assist in following up with the courier.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement, depending on the situation. If your package is confirmed as lost by the courier and cannot be recovered, we may provide further assistance on a case-by-case basis.
